« The cabin is lovely! It’s close to the water which is very clean, sandy beach and sandy swim area. Floating devices supplied along with life vests. Even 4 kayaks! A large fire pit sits on the water’s edge, making the sunset views delightful! Did you forget something? Batteries, tape, highlighter for reading, fan, paper products, body wash, beach towels, games, spices, tools, flash light…no worries, the cabin was loaded with all essentials! « We need a refund. We did not stay after we looked inside. Everything else was booked, we have to drive almost 2 hours trying to find a last minute place to stay. We stayed at a hotel. »

« We had a very peaceful, serene stay. The pan fishing from the dock was great and the sunsets were amazing. The grounds outside would benefit from trimming overgrownn shrubs and irradicating poison ivy. We'd be concerned about the poison ivy if we had children or a dog with us. The management was friendly and helpful. We were concerned about access as it is not easily accessable for loading and unloading and were allowed to get closer to do so. »

« The photos? Sure, they look decent — but they’re taken at just the right angles and just the right lighting to hide the reality. The place is dated, dark, and dingy. What you see online is NOT what you get in person. Upon arrival, we were never sent check-in instructions. We had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes just to figure out how to get in — standing in the heat with our bags like lost tourists. Inside? A sauna. No air conditioning, no fans, no airflow whatsoever. It was like trying...
