Unsafe balconies around multiple apartments not just this one, hole in the wall, silverfish in BR2, a hair dryer that shorts out, the washing machine is filthy and makes relatively clean clothes dirty, internet drops out, no free to air channels on TV and POC solution was "I don't know" when asked, musty damp smell, filthy underground parking (our car arrived clean and left dirty), blood stains on BR2 bed rails,...
