« The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect! »

« Although the location is advertised as a hotel, this is a misnomer as the rooms are individually owned and vary enormously as to the equipemet etc inside, and although the staff at reception are pleasant, it is not the usual welcome of a hotel. « We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused.
