« The house is in a quiet area, plenty of parking and right on the water giving great views. There's a large shopping center within a 5 minute drive. The dining room table is huge easily seating 8-10 people, the seats are a little uncomfortable if sitting for any length of time and feel a little cheap. Seating options are very limited in the lounge area with only a couch with removable cushions for back support. The beds were comfortable with a mix of hard and soft mattresses across the 6 rooms...

« A few issues. The front security door cannot lock. One dining room chair needs fixing. The TV in the main bedroom only works on channel 31. Obviously not hooked up to the Set top box in the lounge room. The courtyard was a mess. It's is understandable that there are leaves falling from the tree next door but its not been cleaned in a long time. The cloths washing machine had a lot of unused dishwashing powder in the detergent holder. Possibly due to the powder might be fir hot water washes but...
