« This was a beautiful mini retreat in a superb location. It is a rustic and quaint interior with full private amenities in a very clean and cosy space surrounded by a tranquil and gorgeous garden. A definite positive alternate to a motel. The owners Jess and Ali respected full privacy though certainly were helpful and approachable if needed. Ali's art work is to be admired. Jess's local knowledge was shared willingly . The owners focus however is on ensuring you feel uninterrupted...

« I was so thankful to Pam and her thoughtfulness. Nothing was too much trouble. I was in Ballarat visiting my husband in hospital and Pam certainly helped to make it as comfortable as possible. She was easy to communicate with over a few needs I had. The apartment was convenient and extreemly comfortable. »

« Check in was a disaster. Keys were a 20 minute drive away from the property. We had to wait outside in the street for 30 minutes until keys were dropped to us as we didn’t have a hire car. Check out also very annoying with three different sets of instructions from three different people connected to the property. Outdoor area was filthy and unusable. Bathroom vanity storage had someone else’s hairs in it. Obviously not cleaned. No complimentary coffee or tea. A stale jar of instant coffee...
