Super close to both Ouray and Orvis Hot Springs (we preferred Orvis.) The owners and the property manager were great with communication. We’ll definitely be back. »

« Great location with the hot springs and the river walk right there. Don't have to drive to those. We rented UTVs and hiked the perimeter trail (beautiful views above Ouray).The game room in bottom level was awesome for the kids and Dads (Foosball and table tennis).The Koy pond was fun to watch all the pretty fish.We were unable to use the grill. Maybe the gas was out? But we used the kitchen stove instead. Not a big deal. »

« This is a big house about 1 mile from the grocery store and parking for Telluride chair 10 and gondola. House was consistently the perfect temperature inside even though the outside temperature was negative or low single digits. Kitchen is big enough for multiple adults to cook and prepare food simultaneously. Lots of community space in the dining room and living room. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend! »
