« The property was excellently situated to enjoy the bluegrass festival. Easy access to downtown, festival grounds, etc. Be aware that there is no AC in the unit and the only way to cool it down is to open the windows. If you are booking during a music festival you will hear the performances loud and clear. You will also hear the festival attendees leaving the grounds and partying in the streets all night long. »

« When we arrived, we were a bit unsure of our choice. The outside of the building was rustic indeed. However, the inside was furnished beautifully with modern conveniences. The place was originally built in the 1800’s! It fit into the historic town of Ouray perfectly and was within walking distance of two different waterfalls. The community was friendly and safe. It had beautiful scenery and was within driving distance of many natural attractions. »

It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment.
