« Parking was a hassle as our vehicle was too long. We searched for a legal space and thought we had one but didn’t. The host had gotten us a zone A. Any how, the fine was less than the cost of parking. Anyhow no fault of the hosting agency. It’s just an aggravation. »

« This was the second time we stayed here and again we loved it. The place is clean, modern and close to everything. We spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen which has everything you need and plenty of space. The location is close to town and great to head out to catch the Ouray Perimeter trail off Oak St or Dallas Trailhead down County Road 17. I worked remotely for a week and the WiFi never dropped and was perfect for running all the laptops. We will be back again! »

« Kitchen was fully equipped, however the inductive stovetop was inadequate (could not get water to a boil). Manager was super friendly and very quick to respond. Pros: The unit was very clean and close to everything. We never had to drive anywhere. Cons: weak stovetop. Other things to mention, you have to climb up various sets of stairs which are not for the weak of heart. The top area is an excellent idea, but pretty useless because of surrounding area. « Loved the location of this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that you can walk to lift 7, which was nice. The Telluride Trail was closed when we were there. When it’s open you can ski that blue trail all the way back to lift 7, which would be nice. We either walked from the gondola or took the free shuttle. Neither which is too fun in ski boots, but it’s still manageable. We walked to dinner all evenings, which was great. The only thing we had trouble with...

« Exceptional communication! Rec’d email re rental being unavailable due to a water leak. I was in transit but rental agent switched me to another property and handled what could have been a disaster with great professionalism. The new property was absolutely gorgeous-we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. »
