« Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

« The 4 cabins were perfect for our group! The property had kayaks, paddle boards, inflatables, bikes, corn hole, a dock, fire pit, grills, picnic tables, and large shallow area next to the dock that the kids could swim & play around. We didn’t bring the boat but there was plenty of area to dock it. Family members took advantage of the trail right out in front to go for walks or a 5 mile run each day. « The home we stayed in was excellent, clean, and had all the amenities anyone could need for a long weekend. It was also FAR larger than we expected (in a good way). Would stay again in the future! »
