« This place was well equipped. Quiet and comfy for great family time. Would love to have kitchen wash clothes or scrubbing sponge. « The house itself is lovely and would be an easy 5 stars except that it took us an hour and a half to get inside. The door code did not work. When we messaged the host, he gave us a second door code that also did not work and then stopped responding entirely. The checkin information is outdated and the host's listed phone number is no longer in service so we couldn't call him. After another hour of online sleuthing, we managed to contact the Innsbrook security team directly and get a working...

« Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. « Enjoyed our stay. The owners of the property were very friendly. The place was clean and roomy. I loved having a washer & dryer in the house. Also, there is a country store/ restaurant on the same property, which was very handy in case you forget anything or if you get hungry. We would definitely come back if we ever come back to Hermann. »
