« Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in. »

The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well. »
