« We were in town to attend our granddaughter’s graduation at UT. The location was convenient for easy access to UT, restaurants in the area and to visit with family. The cottage was charming and we really appreciated the cleanliness. There were ample supplies to include paper products, nice towels and linens. The neighborhood was nicely maintained and I had a nice talk with the neighbor across the street. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We had a nice stay! »

« The only reason there is a three star anywhere here is because the outside photo on the listing was a log and stone building, which this was not. But the stay was incredible. The house was immaculately clean, conveniently located, and the host was fantastic (even in the face of last minute adjustments due to a medical emergency in my household). Our only complaint would be a bird nest on the front porch caused excessive pooping on the porch on the chairs and on the cushions. Inside the house needs a deep clean.
