I am so very lucky to live nearby beautiful Coopers Rock! It's the perfect place to go for nice, scenic hikes if you are spending time in Morgantown. Later in the evening, take a short hike from the parking area and you will find one of the prettiest sunset views in the state!

« The property was every bit as good as described and more! Wonderful house that is very well appointed with adorable touches throughout. Very open and current with huge TVs on the top & bottom levels, beautiful kitchen & 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Amazing views looking down on Morgantown from a very quiet, mature neighborhood. Great communication from the owner who even called soon after we arrived to ensure that we had everything that we needed. Really great find - would not at all hesitate...

« This property was just as pictured. Very spacious and clean. People who have any issues with steps should caution. There are steps to enter rither by the front or back door. Also the 3rd bedroom and the second bathroom are downstairs. There was also a great deal of noise down in that bedroom, from either the air conditioner and or the plumbing.
