« Hello, It was a pleasure to stay at Prince Cabin,a warm, clean and cozy unit. It will be nice to have a snow shovel, we only find a small brush to use for snow removal. We come to a unpleasant situation on the morning of Jan 1st when somebody come over and cleared the snow from the stairs and front deck of the lodge, it throw the snow from the deck on top to my truck and right in front to the access stairs. The latest storm dropped about a feet of fresh snow and with the one come from the deck...

« As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2...

« We had a great time here! The view was stunning and it was just the right space for our family of seven. The game room downstairs was perfect for our teenagers to have fun while we went to bed early after skiing all day! Mike was a great host and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! »

« Communication was clear and timely. Check-in was easy (be sure to be in the correct driveway as the units look a lot alike). The unit was as shown and listed; perfect for our needs. Appreciated having a garage given the snow and need to chain-up. »

« It was a great stay. Everything works, nice instructions everywhere which is helpful. Easy walk to new village. Digging out the cars with all the snow was hard, but maintenance workers were all around the complex and helped out with it. We’ve stayed here a couple times and really enjoy it. »
