« Property was as described. The street is nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is undesirable. The place was clean, and the owners have done many updates-new appliances, new furniture, nice bedding, A/C, landscaping, fire pit, etc. The kitchen cabinets need to be updated (or cleaned). It is a very homey, comfortable house and was perfect for our needs. »

« What a great family vacation. The home is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well appointed with all the amenities youd expect in a family beach home. Across from the sand with fabulous views and walk to all. Hans, Paulette and Sons are gracious, accomodating, responsive hosts. They are available, at will, while providing complete autonomy. We will look forward to our return! »

« Lovely little spot. As listed, was clean, looked like people hadn’t had shoes on inside we left ours near the door, which made it feel cleaner & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Near sea streak to NYC. Great having washer, hardly used dryer would have been less if has access to washing line outside. Nice touch owner leaving a bottle of washing up liquid & large bottles of good shampoo for stay. Owner always on other end of email for any help required. Really nice place Really good holiday. »

« Our family of 11 stayed at this beautiful house. The 7 bedrooms provided enough space for the grandkids to spread out while the large living room, dining room and kitchen was great for all of us to hang out together. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and only a bit longer to Pier Village with lots for kids to do. Plenty of parking. The owner was extremely responsive and very good to deal with. »

« Clean and perfectly located beach block location with lots of bedrooms for a large group. Owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to Asbury attractions. »

« Pros: Clean, great location close to beach, spacious and quiet, tissues (I love these for makeup removal and just in general. Most rentals don’t have those for guests). Cons: chirping smoke detector upon arrival, smelled a bit musty and we had to close several windows upon arrival. Overall would stay again! »
