« There were no complaints with the house, ot had good facilities. But there were 2 issues1. The pool was in an unusable condition when we got there and hence should not be considered when booking2. Its been 2 months since I booked but havent received my damage deposit refund to date. Have been following up with vrbo support as well but received no help / closure. »

« This property was a disappointment. The ductal heating appeared not to be working The shower in the main bedroom is mouldy. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking at the base. The kitchen cupboards are grubby The front door lock is stiff and hard to open.
