« Property very clean. Convenient location to multiple areas of the city. 4 bedrooms were great for a group of friends with 2 areas to gather besides the table. Excellent communication with nearly immediate replies. Would consider returning to this place. »

« This home is beautiful, clean, and immaculately kept. The host is kind and has excellent communication and prompt response time with guests. I stayed with two young babies and they even had a Pack and Play in one of the closets for us to use. I will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family - the highest endorsement. »

« We rented this beautiful home to meet our son whom we haven't seen for month's due to his work schedule. We were only a couple of hours from checking into the house and Peggy informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit. Peggy let us know that she had a technician on the way to check the unit. She offered us a full refund if it could not be fixed. My wife and I were driving and could do anything about finding another rental property. Peggy came through for us the unit was repaired and...

« This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We wanted a place close enough to walk to Beale & other attractions & have areas in the home to hang out together. This home did both. There are many spacious & comfortable common areas, we especially loved the rooftop patio. All spaces were very clean & the home & neighborhood were quiet. « Our house flooded and we needed a place to stay during the repairs. It was a home away from home.The house is stunning. Beautifully remodeled and decorated.It is clean and very well appointed. We had everything we would ever need. Great shower and comfortable beds. (My priority in a vacation rental.) Steven is the perfect host. We were sad to leave. »

« The house is in a Sketchy area, but if you’re used to Memphis, it’s perfect and not a bother at all. Our car and belongings were never messed with and we always felt safe. Either way Great place. Real Close to Midtown, where theres lots of great restaurants, bars and things to do. The property manager was very kinds and communicative. 5 Stars!! Stay Here!! »
