« Overall, the stay was great. We had some weather related incidents happen, none of which was the host's fault. The pipes were frozen when we arrived. The host immediately called me when I messaged him. He contacted a plumber who was supposed to come and remedy the issue. However, there was some confusion between the plumber and the host about getting inside and the plumber never got inside to do any work.
