« My husband and I spent four nights at this property in early June 2025. We loved the location of this apartment, and that it had a patio and fenced backyard area for our sweet pup. The home was cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. The owners provided detailed instructions for check-in and the home was well stocked with everything you need for your trip. My husband was able to get early morning pictures of a moose, in a lake area about 10 minutes...

« It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem...

« I definitely recommend this property for an extended stay in the Pagosa Springs area. It's location was perfect...very quiet area - close to a McDonald's for a quick breakfast before leaving for the day - and the townhouse had all the amenities you could ask for. »
