« The condo is in a great position in Pagosa Springs, and has beautiful views! You are also really close to everything there in the town. The condo was cleaned really well when we arrived and we don't have any concerns there. However, it was a bit tricky to find when we first got there. Also, the kitchen didn't have a lot of what we needed so we ended up having to go to the store to buy common use items such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, clorox wipes (couldn't find any cleaning solution). « Internet did not work much, I was there for 8 days of 5 days of rain - TV only works with internet - so I could not work and I could barely get the TV to work at times. Its advertised as having. Up grade to Starlink. Place was clean. Need a mat inside the outside door to help walk in to take shoes off. You don't know yet, but the rain leaked in new roof addition. Who ever put on metal roof did not install proper flashing where the 2 roofs meet. »

« Great location, unfortunately weather was bad and couldn't not really go anywhere to explore. TV remote stopped working and host was supposed to respond as I called and she didn't call back. No tv and couldn't really leave. Had to leave a day early as more rain was coming and not much to do in the house. Part of town was closed due to weather »

« It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it.
