« Wonderful experience with the Gowdy’s. Jim notified me of an early check in availability while I was still traveling to Lake City. Jim gave a quick instructional tour of the hot tub and gave excellent local advice on trails I had planned to hike. Jim responded quickly to any message and provided recommendations for groceries and eating out. I highly recommended this place for its comfort and hosts hospitality. »

« I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk. »

« The loft is a quite a unique place. Nestled in the heart of down town pagosa, this spot is a gem. Four bedrooms, and 1 bath with another restroom just down the hall. It was close to both springs and shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone who wants close access to down town with out the spring prices. »

« We truly loved our stay in this spacious "loft". It was so nice to have a full kitchen and the ability to spread out.The bed is super comfy and the towels and robes were great as well!This place is all about the location. Multiple amazing places to eat are within walking distance including food trucks literally right down the alley.
