« Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked. »

« Very comfortable, felt like a very safe neighborhood, and the property manager was accessible. My only slight regret was that the kitchen only seemed to have a microwave (and maybe a toaster oven? It wasn’t accessible, as I recently had an injury and couldn’t get down on the floor to take it out of the cabinet it was in.) However, for the size and comfort of the space, the lovely bathroom, and my sense of safety, I was extremely pleased and would stay there again. »

« Spent New Years Eve here with a few other family members. The venue for the NYE Party was an excellent restaurant downstairs from the apartment. It was spacious, clean with comfy king size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and new appliances. I can't say much about bunk beds. We've chosen this location twice now and enjoyed it both times. I would highly recommend! »

« Property as described. Nice and cozy place. Perfect for two adults and our dog. Easy location to head out to the Colorado National Monument and Grand Mesa. Nice privacy too. Bathroom was nicely updated and clean. Great space for our dog to walk around outside. Only hiccup during the stay was the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was quick to let us know they were already fixing the situation. It was usable by the next day. »
