« This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. »

« This was our 3rd stay here. Needless to say, but we love the property. The decor is House Beautiful - no thrift store furniture in this rental. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog, who also enjoys the parkway along Duck Creek for a long walk. Host surprised us with a wonderful treat in honor of Augustana’s homecoming weekend. « This property was very well kept and clean which made it easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. Nice appliances. Extremely spacious and perfect for a very large family gathering. We had ourselves and 3 adult children with their spouses and one infant. The 3 separate sitting areas was perfect for us. The only downfall was parking space.
