« This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The wireless chargers in each room were a major plus! We had a total of 10 people, 6 kids ages 6-16 and 4 adults, and still had plenty of room with adequate privacy for all. We had absolutely no complaints and are looking forward to staying in the future! »

« The place was just okay. It got the job done. It was somewhat updated but it was kind of a half job. I didn’t notice any weird smells. We had four people and it was really nice to have our own beds and it was in a very quiet area. The beds, however, were very squeaky. I would not have wanted to share the bed. « This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

« We arrived and found our house to be spotless! The location was great for us. We could hear passing trains, but that was an added bonus as we love trains. The house was small but perfect for both of us. I don't think we would have known what to do with our luggage if we had more people sharing our space.
