« Our stay was wonderful. The view was magnificent the kitchen had everything you could need to make a family dinner for holiday. The game room gave options. We fished on the dock. It was very homey. And they provided us with Christmas decorations in the home. Would recommend for anyone. Everything was easily accessible. And roomy. That neighbors were even nice. We made wonderful memories and we'll be back »

« The coffee maker was a big problem. It was designed to grind beans. There was no way to turn off the grinder. If that fact had been communicated prior to our stay, it would have been very helpful! »

« This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. « We arrived and found our house to be spotless! The location was great for us. We could hear passing trains, but that was an added bonus as we love trains. The house was small but perfect for both of us. I don't think we would have known what to do with our luggage if we had more people sharing our space. « Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive.
