« Room was in such bad shape we didn't even stay we canceled 10 minutes after checking in. There was a dead mouse in the parking lot. I sat in the chair and a roach was crawling on my legs, there's a giant spider in the room when I pulled the fridge out the last straw was seeing a bunch of roaches behind the refrigerator. At that point I was about 98% sure we were leaving and I wanted a refund. Told the manager who had just given us a key literally 10 or 15 minutes ago and he didn't seem to have...

« When we arrived to check in, the guy who was there, barely spoke any English & had to call someone to give us a key. I spoke to this person on the phone & he acted as if he didn’t know what hotels.com was. He finally found our reservation, but didn’t look at it and asked how many beds & everything that was in our reservation which we had already answered. We finally get our key & went to our room, it was an old sort of hotel room, it was clean. I went to take a shower & couldn’t get the cold...
