« I walked into this house and was met with a musty moldy smell, AC was off, and instantly knew the air quality would be a problem for us. This is an old house in a questionable neighborhood. The air filter was very dirty. I reached out to the contact I had and she said she would try see if her maintenance person was still in town to change out the air filter.
