« This is a lovely historic cottage that reminds us our our grandparents homes when growing up. Two large bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and extra sitting areas made it a nice place to regroup and plan the next adventure. Being so close to downtown it was easy to walk and see it all. Great parking tucked in behind as well. Susan was a delight to work with on the reservation and was a very nice host. »

« We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out. »

« In town for a wedding in Spring Hill. Location was great. Inside the house was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Cleanup process was easy. If you're looking for a home base for a vacation, I'd recommend this house. »

« We came to see our son and family and our little home was a delightful bonus. Just perfect for our needs and close to the baseball field for the four games we attended. We would live to stay here again. »

« It was a short stay, but definitely more comfortable than a hotel. Also nice to keep our dog with us. »

« We were in town for a horse show and stayed here for the weekend. It’s really an adorable, roomy place. Very, very clean. Loved that we could bring our two little dogs as well. If we ever need to stay in town again, this will definitely be our first choice. »

« The house was within walking distance to the courthouse on the square so we could easily attend the wonderful Saturday morning farmers market and go to Reeve’s for ice cream. Kitchen 218 was within walking distance for a nice casual dinner and also if you like thrifting, you can walk to one of my favorites The Painted Goat! Great location for college or family visits!! We also enjoy traveling to Miss Mary Bobos for lunch near the Jack Daniels distillery which is less than an hour away. The house...
