« I had mentioned to the host that we were celebrating Christmas there with my daughter and her husband. She had it beautifully decorated for the season, complete with outdoor house lights and decorated tree. The house itself was cozy and warm and the location-two blocks from downtown Leiper's Fork couldnt be more perfect. We will definitely stay again! »

« The cozy sanctuary was just that ..,,cozy and comfortable. The place was clean with anll the anmen we needed and we met the host and she was very nice. We were fairly close to downtown but not really within walking distance. »

« This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and my pup loved how much room there was to run around. When we visit the area again, we will definitely book this house. Highly recommend! »

« The house was perfect for our stay. My family and I were very comfortable. My only tiny criticism is there was only one dish cloth and one dish towel. We enjoyed most of our meals at the house, so we used the kitchen quite a lot . I still give this home an excellent rating. I would recommend it and would happily book it again for future stays. « This Franklin home worked perfectly for our family holidays. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean, thoughtfully decorated and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Kim was kind, impressively responsive and a wonderful host. We highly recommend this home and plan to stay again next visit to the Nashville/Franklin area! »

« Nice place with plenty of room inside and out. The pool table and ping-pong were a big hit. It was a great location for going out on walks, playing outdoor games, close to stores ect but in a quiet neighborhood. Dave was a great host. Definitely consider staying at Dave’s fun house if you are in the area. »
