« Rental is exactly as depicted. Private, secluded feel. Lots of birds and wildlife. Convenient location to many shopping centers and restaurants. Close proximity to Allum Creek State Park and many nature trails and activities. Previous reviews mention road noise. We didn't notice it at all once inside. Host Terry was available and responsive. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you. »

« My husband and I stayed two nights to watch The Little Brown Jug in Delaware. A perfect location and a wonderful place. Everything you would need for your stay. Very nicely decorated. »

« The kids had so much fun exploring the house, with the cool grand staircase and the "secret" staircase and all of the ornately decorated rooms. The house was charming and fun both inside and out. We had a large group but there were enough kitchen supplies. It was also nice there was a dishwasher and laundry to wash dishes and dish towels. The only reason it's not a straight 5 star is because we left a therapeutic ice roller in the freezer and the host never responded to my messages about it. »

« My daughter loved that Taco Bell and McDonald’s were so close after a long day of Horse showing! Everything was neat and clean, and everything was described very easily! Will definitely look into booking you again for future horse shows next summer! »

« Very nice and quiet area. Well maintained and clean. Very comfortable with a lot of amenities. There was even a new toothbrush if needed and razors. Didnt need them but it was a nice addition. We enjoyed our peaceful stay for a weekend getaway. »

« Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. And low shower head. Overall a great place and I highly recommend and will look to stay again for my future events in the...

« The owners were fantastic! We accidentally got locked out, and they responded super quick. We had dinner at their restaurant, Opa, and both Genti and his wife took the time to speak with us and genuinely cared that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making all of us feel so welcomed during our stay! »

« Overall great experience and a great property. Clean and comfy and all worked well! Andy met me for an easy check-in. Walked to dinner a couple nights, and the Phoenix is a great hang out spot a block away...Sure beats the hotels and chain restaurants over in Ontario! I'll def stay again. Thanks Andy! »

« Very clean, spacious rental. Donna & Art are wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Clean and roomy, booked for location and separate bedrooms/baths. Quiet stay. Had to fix thermostat ourselves to get the AC working and one of the showers wasn’t usable. Had no water pressure (checked the shutoffs but they looked ok). Pre arrival email mentioned parking pass in lockbox but found only keys. After some back and forth with support just had the license plates for our vehicles reported to office. Support was prompt in contacting property for maintenance issues but no one ever showed....
