« We spent 4 nights, the appartement was huge, swimming pool and bbq. »

« The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful. »

« Le logement est assez vieillot. La salle de bain a besoin d'être refaite, le lavabo est en fin de vie et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche. Le logement est spacieux et confortable. Il simplement besoin d'un coup de neuf. »

« I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »

« Stunning apartment, right on the Esplanade. Great views of the ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre for food, drinks etc. Muddy’s cafe is opposite who do a fabulous breakfast. »

« J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue partielle sur l’océan. Malheureusement j’ai eu une chambre très sombre au rez de chaussée avec aucune vue. Les gérants m’ont offert un dédommagement que j’ai apprécié malgré la déception. »
