While the view from the property was beautiful and the heating worked well, unfortunately that was where the positives ended.The property was not clean on arrival. Every dish we took out of the cupboards was dirty, so we had to wash everything before we could use it.Communication with the host was extremely poor. « This is a great house for a large group of people, however there is not much off street parking with room for one large car only. The house is very well maintained and well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the check in process was easy . A couple of things to note: A handrail on the stairs to the upstairs area is needed. The yard is not fenced. »

« Fantastic stay, short trip to interschools at Mount Buller. House has everything you need, very clean. Kids enjoyed the wild life visitors. We arrived quite late, lights were on, very welcoming, thank you. Would definitely book again. Two little side comments that do not take away how great the house was. It could have been me, but couldn’t get the TV stations to work, possibly a guide, and there was no coffee, ( I left a small jar that I purchased). »
