« When we arrived at the accommodation during check in time, we found that the room was not done. It was a total mess from the previous guest. I rang the customer service but the owner was unable to be contacted as no one picked up the phone. While I was on the phone, I met a cleaner from the next door neighbour who happened to know the owner. I asked her if she could help us find someone to prepare our room, and she said she would do it herself. We then had to leave and come back about an hour...
