« Property was nice. Convenient to the Washington Dulles airport area. It was a basement unit of a townhome. The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. The washer/dry was in use by the upstairs tenants after 11:00...

« Great budget location with plenty of space and solid furnishings. We had some issues that we hope future guests don't have to deal with - water that didn't work downstairs, uneven heating, kitchen missing some amenities (no spatula, baking pan, almost empty salt grinder) - but nothing that severely affected livability, and the host was willing to help wherever they could. »
