« The property was very nice and in quaint neighborhood walkable to German village and Main Street. We also liked the balcony and the neighbors were nice as parking in the narrow garage and driveway were challenging. However we had plumbing issues which made 1.5 bathrooms unusable for the first 24 hrs. Please note there are a lot of stairs in this unit. So walking up 2 flights of stairs at night to use a bathroom was inconvenient, at the least. But the plumbing was fixed within 24 hours. ...

« I travel a lot and rental houses can be hit or miss in some areas. This little carriage house is adorable. Very clean, well appointed, the bed is sooo comfortable, and it is walkable to everything in downtown. Downtown Ohio is a little gem! The amenities are so thoughtful; Laura is a great host. Clear instructions, prompt responses, lovely to work with! I’ll definitely try and stay again! »

« Wife and I stayed here during repairs on our home. It kept us in the neighborhood. It had the space we needed, walking distance to some good places (e.g., Parsons North Brewing, Plank's on Parsons, IGA, etc.). »

« We had a great stay in a perfect location. It was close and walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Plus a short drive to OSU campus. Unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the clubhouse coffee bar and sat at some of the outdoor seating areas. Would definitely rent again. »
