« Travelled internationally and discovered before our final flight into Nairobi that the owner cancelled the reservation without explanation and would not respond to message or call. This is despite having spoken with them via WhatsApp 2 weeks prior to confirm that the unit was actually available after booking it. Don’t book with this property or operator.
