« This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips...

They didn’t have my reservation under my name and had to search to find it under the vrbo host, rooms were mixed up, family didn't get what they reserved..they tried to have different families share a room and sleep on pull out beds…After our stay, we saw that our credit card was charged again for the room that we already paid for 6 months beforehand.
