« Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike. »

« Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. »

« This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips...

« The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”. »

« Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t have my reservation under my name and had to search to find it under the vrbo host, rooms were mixed up, family didn't get what they reserved..they tried to have different families share a room and sleep on pull out beds…After our stay, we saw that our credit card was charged again for the room that we already paid for 6 months beforehand. Dealing with the hotel and VRBO to get this straightened out has been ridiculous…still have not been reimbursed. The...
