« We had an absolutely delightful stay at this little cabin in Incline Village. It was exactly what we needed — cozy, peaceful, and perfectly appointed. The fireplace made the space feel warm and inviting, and the sound of the babbling brook just outside was incredibly calming. « Property was as as described and shown in pictures and fit our large extended family with an age range of Grandparent all the way down to 1.5 years old without issue. Kings beach is right down the road and so is grocery store and various restaurants and hiking trails. We all had a great time and would certainly stay again! »

« Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. « Very nice. A few broken items…shades,door knob but did not affect our visit. Only drawback is location on a busy curve. Tricky to cross the street and exit driveway.Overall loved the place. Lots of nice amenities and great views. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed (bring your own shampoo/conditioner). Fantastic view of the city lights! Close to the ski resort and not too far from town for any supplies we needed. We'd definitely stay here again. »

« The property is immaculate, exactlyas advertised. It is fully stocked with everything you'd find at your own house. The Sparks Marina is beautiful with a fabulous 2 mile walking path. Visit the Waterbar in the neighborhood, it's an excellent experience. »
