« Beautiful property with history & character. Presents just as pictured/listed. Beds are comfortable, house is clean. We had a relaxing time enjoying the lake view & wildlife on the porch. Caught a few fish from the dock. Made delicious meals using the grill & well equipped kitchen. Bucky is easy to communicate with & very hospitable. Fantastic getaway to relax & enjoy nature! »

It had everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. An excellent fishing area where we caught hundreds of bluegill, catfish, crappie, and redears. »

« Beautiful, very clean home. The exterior of the home could use more attention, but didn’t bother us. We had a few slips on steep steps going down to dock, but it had rained on the wood. The fire pit, dock, game room were wonderful. The owner was slow to respond and did not give details on rules, check out, local food or attractions…generally a guide is provided,but we managed. Very roomy and lots of beds for our large group. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, crock pot, drip and Keurig,...

« The house was so clean and the host is exactly the kind of host that makes it so much easier and pleasant to plan a trip. The parking was not very easy for two trucks and boats, and the dock had no electricity so we ended up docking at the marina. But overall an excellent place to stay. »

« This was the most well stocked home. Had everything we needed and more in it. We have stayed at many with 1 or 2 pans maybe. This one had it all including utensils, corelle dishes and even everything for coffee. Sooo appreciated!The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture including beds and sofas. Porches were also nice and comfortable. The swing outside was a nice feature, I think we all used it! The Lake and weather was beautiful. We launched our boat rental about a mile away...
