« It was a pleasant location within walking distance of Falls park, courthouse museum and pubs/restaurants.’ »

« This was such a fun place to stay with easy accessibility & check in. We were also within walking distance to many food options. What a charming stay, thank you! »

« We stayed as i had a major 5 hr sirgery at sanford ....we are from wisconsin. It was perfect distance for us. »

« This spot fit our needs well. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hall when we arrived, otherwise it was a great stay. »

« This is a studio loft. I would give this property a 10 for location in downtown Sioux Falls. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. It is located in the ally way/back entrances to business's on Phillips. It has a parking structure just across the alleyway that was easily accessible. Our visit was mostly over a weekend, so parking was free and very close to the loft. The loft only has two small windows so it felt a bit "cave-like". There was quite a bit of...

« I stayed for two weeks in this cozy apartment and truly enjoyed myself. The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene. Thanks for a great couple weeks! »

« The old Albert House was flipped into these apartments/studios which are perfect for single travelers waning to stay downtown, It's nothing fancy but worked well for my needs ata lower cost than a comparable hotel. SF hotel prices are insane »

« It was close to our event which was a plus for our trip. Driving to shop and eat from the house was also easy to do. »

« Great place, convenient location »

« We would stay here again. The place was pleasant and as described. The hosts were very responsive. »

« Great location, wonderful amenities, excellent stay! 5 star »

« Great trip and wonderful stay. 5 stars! »

« The location is great I loved that it’s near the park. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is a little noisy because you can hear everything the people downstairs do. Otherwise though it’s a nice place . »

« Nice, clean property »

« Stay was great. Communication with host was also great. A missing item was quickly replaced when we contacted them. Very helpful. Comfortable, clean. Had everything we needed and good central location. I was unaware that we had an upstairs unit however. It worked out ok but would’ve liked to have known that beforehand. Good stay for us. »

« Nice neighborhood, great bed. It was quiet, good air conditioner. It was loud so we had to have volume up so hopefully that didn't bother anyone. The fridge ice & water did not work- super disappointing & inconvenient since we needed it for our cooler. Kitchen was not set up well at all. Placesetting was for 4. No bowls or containers to store food in or mix food for meals. No toaster. If you are a large or wider size person the bathroom door is extremely narrow. No compy furniture to snuggle in...

« This place feels like home! It’s so clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed, and the beds are really nice. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Showed up at check in time of 3:00pm. The cleaners had gotten there 15 minutes prior and we were told it would be 2 1/2 hours before we could check in. »
