A unique museum displaying a large collection of windmills that date back to different type periods. Everything from Dutch windmills to modern day wind turbines and of course the highlights being the classic late 19th and early 20th century windmills of the plains. This museum highlights how people have combined nature with technology to power their lives.
A trail runs under an old railroad bridge on the south end of Dunbar Park. This location is claimed to be a hotspot for paranormal activity and several ghost hunting crews have deemed the location Hell's Gate. Supposedly old western train robbers would dump bodies here, the site has also been notorious for suicides and devil worship. Personally I found it a peaceful trail under an enchanting bridge, of course I never ventured through at night.
The grave of rock'n' roll icon Buddy Holly, the music lives on. Guitar players leave their picks as a tribute.
