« Truly an extravagant and overwhelming home. 8500 sf of space with wings for privacy for families. We were 3 generations, so we had the main bedroom/baths for grandma and grandpa; the downstairs wing (two bedrooms bath living room laundry/game room) for my son's family; and the upstairs wing (two bedrooms bath bar living room) for my daughter's family. And lots of communal space. There was even a spare bedroom/bath for a nanny if you need it. »

« This property is simply superb! It is so welcoming, beautiful, comfortable, roomy, convenient and well appointed. The hosts care about the little things, like coffee, providing simple daily paper products, plenty of bedding and storage. The location is very convenient, you can walk so easily all around the town to sights, shops and restaurants.We had a small issue with the tvs and the host responded promptly. All in all, if we return to Santa Fe, we will look to stay at Zona Rosa again! »

« Great location. Easy check-in. Kitchen was pretty bear as far as staples but ok. For a four bedroom rental, the parking for only 2 cars was not the best but street parking a couple of blocks away, although inconvenient, worked, and the cars survived the couple of nights. I don’t think I would have been comfortable leaving an expensive car like that. »

« Our stay here was perfect. The area, magical. Communication with the owner couldn’t be better - they are a true gem! The house offers privacy, is immaculately clean, has gorgeous light, is stocked with all the essentials and has the most wonderful patios with views. It offers peace and quiet, and bird watching right from the patio. It’s so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. A nice break from light and noise pollution. There are nearby trails in the community where you can watch...

« The two units turned out to be an ideal way to house 9 of us (7 from 3 European countries, plus 2 of us from ABQ), and it was a great location. The larger unit was ideal for us to eat meals together and hang out. Good property ambiance. Units are updated and attractive, with ample cookware. Our point of contact was super helpful to me (the organizer). Loved this place! »

« We stayed with our adult children for a few days while we were on a road trip. We were close enough to the city square and shopping to do fun things and pick up supplies. However, the location had a more rural and private feel. We were able to watch the sunset and swim under the stars.The house is spacious enough to give each of us our own space, if we wanted, with enough common area that we could hang out. « Place was as pictured. Can walk to Square and beyond. Easy code locks on door. Clean laundry room and great ice machine. Kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher-but why would anyone want to cook with all of the great restaurants within walking distance. Always felt safe and street was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again. »

« We absolutely loved this property and would stay again if back in the area. Every room in the home was as advertised, and the elevation made for spectacular sunsets every night. We especially liked the patio areas, the community swimming pool, and access to the common areas and activities at the resort (including a wonderful horseback ride!). Being only 10 minutes outside of the downtown Plaza area was super convenient but also provided relief from the downtown crowds. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Tatum. The property is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard and nice, fenced yard for wandering around.The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, as are the linens and towels, and the kitchen is cozy but very functional and well equipped.Caroline was very helpful getting us checked in and showing us around the property. We didn't end up needing to contact her for anything during our stay, but I'm sure she would have been very responsive.All around a lovely stay. »
