« The cabin was clean and cozy. It had everything that you could possibly need. It is located right by a train track where the train goes all hours of the day and night, however, if you’re sleeping in the bedroom closest to the kitchen with the door closed, you don’t really hear it as much. We also live by a train track where we’re from, so this wasn’t too bothersome for us since we’re used to it. If you’re looking to hit the trails with your sxs this is a perfect place to stay. « Our trip was a family and friends trip with 5 couples. We came to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails and the stay here was perfect for that! We were able to hop right on the trails from the cabin so Jo need to trailer anywhere!The cabins themselves were perfect with PLENTY of parking!! We had all we needed to make dinners, the islands in the kitchen were big enough for us to put chairs around if we wanted to play cards but the big winner for us was the gazebo area and fire pits. « Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders.
