« It was a nice, clean 1 bedroom apartment attached to the host’s home. The bathroom was fancy and there was a cool projector to play movies and shows. It was perfect for a couple. The only advice I’d give for people looking is if you plan on storing a lot of cold things, bring a cooler for extra storage. But it was a very nice place, the host was good at communicating and accommodating. There was coffee and hot chocolate pods with a keurig and soap and towels provided. I would stay here...

« Pretty view, clean rooms, plenty of kitchen tools, thermostat specifically for the bathroom which was fantastic. Only downside was the bed was only about half as comfy as a hotel bed, and the bathroom is the opposite side of the bed room. All in all though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would rebook for my next vacation here easily. »

« The property was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable! It is very conveniently located. Lisa was great- super welcoming, friendly, and kind. The biggest (only) issue really was dealing with the third party that the bookings go through- when arriving nobody was there and we did not get any information about checking in/accessing the door code. No answer on the phone or the VRBO chat with the third party. Sometimes the chat took over 24 hours to get a response. I would love to stay again...

I had to tell them what VRBO was telling me. The host confirmed the change and only then did they tell me that I would only get a 50% refund for the days I cancelled. « Nice place close to the track but should be cleaner and bug free. Lots of spiders everywhere when we arrived. Owner apologized but as they say you only get one chance at a good impression. While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC...
