« Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip! »

« The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay! »

« Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Short drive to downtown Charlotte and tons of cute restaurants, breweries, and fun things to do. The house was spacious and clean and comfortably housed 6 of us. Would highly recommend! »

« Highly recommend.This property is definitely a hidden gem.Our family of 19 ages 2 to 72 and everywhere in between could not have been happier with this location and the home. It is definitely a quirky layout but plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked and having two ovens and three refrigerators was a bonus. « Condo is awesome! Had everything we needed! My husband and I met our son and grandson for a long weekend and visited Carowinds. The beds were very comfortable, which we needed after a day at the park. Condo was very clean and the host was gracious. I really can’t think of a bad thing about it. Location was easy access to airport, carowinds, top golf and many restaurants. Highly recommend. »

The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 8 and we had a great time playing the games we found in the closet! We also cooked dinner there one night and appreciated that they had plenty of dishes and some cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil. »
