« Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu. We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again. »

« Amazing overnight accommodation with a super comfortable Ling sized bedroom suite followed by homemade, from scratch, tasty breakfast food on the weekend mornings. The room was clean, and had all the amenities a night away from home could ever need. The Inn was decorated eloquently and the owners went above and beyond to make themselves known, available and you could feel the southern hospitality flowing through every room. The local shops, restaurants, and bars we visited all came through...

« Five couples(family) celebrating a nephews wedding at Spinning Leaf Winery. A lovely home on beautiful property. We did a lot of grinch porch sitting. Kitchen and baths were well stocked; appreciated the cold drinks and snacks upon arrival. Beds and linens were so comfortable. We took advantage of the disc golf course; so much fun. Enjoyed our outings to downtown Shelby. Thank you thank you for sharing your home. »

« Comfortable, clean, and convenient location in downtown Statesville. We were in town for the Carolina Balloonfest and to visit some local wineries, so the location was great. Other guests were there for the Carolina Renaissance Festival which is just 30 miles south. Cheryl and Jason are warm people and pleasant hosts. The inn itself is historic and furnished accordingly. The breakfast is continental, which might be a concern for some potential guests but was not for us. We will definitely stay...
