« Spiders with cobwebs in the corners of every room, advertisement said a dishwasher- no dishwasher was found, advertisement of a grill but you had to bring propane which we did but grill was absolutely filthy so we couldn’t use, last straw was having mice run across the floors.Supposed to be there 7 days we left after 3.Always trusted VBRO in the past but probably never will again! »

« This place was perfect. It is in a good location. Convient to a lot of things. We booked a quick weekend get away as we have busy lives at home. We have not visited a cabin like this but it was definitely worth it. We would definitely stay here again. They have thought of everything. »

« Perfect for a large family gathering. The equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, pool noodles, life jackets) for use in the pond and the floating dock were a real joy to the 24 grandkids. Also, our dog loves water and loved swimming with the kids. The only downside was the ticks, so bring tick repellant (there was some in the drawer). Also, if you are going to cook for a large group, you may want to bring paper and plastic ware and a couple of crock pots and a large spaghetti pot, like we did. ...

« Host was responsive to problems we encountered upon arrival, but they should have been addressed prior to arrival through housekeeping management.The kitchen was not well stocked with dinnerware, so come prepared if you have a full house.You’re at a train crossing, so be prepared for train horns and crossings 24/7.The cabin had comfortable beds and lounge furniture and the air conditioning was good. Would stay again if our favorite spot is unavailable. »

« The house was very comfortable, cozy and quiet. It was great having a pool by the house for us to enjoy a bit. Also, a huge benefit to having the museum entry included in the overall fee. We really enjoyed walking around the village and learning about everything. Girls (moms) weekend away was a success!! »

« Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. Every cabin/ yurt has a hot tub /jacuzzi on...

They had an exquisite attention to detail for every manner from adding little things a candy dish here, coffee, pods, all of the necessities salt, pepper, paper plates, charging ports all of the soaps, mouthwash shampoo their attention to detail was beyond expectation »
