« To start the place is not a cottage just 2 rooms and a bathroom sealed off from the rest of a house. The AC in the main room was a mini split system that was either out of coolant or broken. The bedroom AC was a through window unit that was loud but worked. The lamps in the bedroom were broken. No kitchen just a small kitchenette as advertised. I have stained in several VRBO units for both work and pleasure and this one was not up to the standards I have experienced »

« So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom. »

« I read all the other reviews before booking. I found the the home to be very clean, and there was more than enough toilet paper. The price was also unbeatable for the area, you can't get a better deal. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood, everything you would want in a beach vacation is on site. Screen shot door and pool codes before you get to there, phone service is spotty in the entire area, even AT&T but you'll experience that everywhere you go in Port St Joe and Mexico...

« This is simply one of the best hidden gems I’ve ran across in all my stays. The place is so just brick box outside but once you walk In you’re blown away. The attention to detail is incredible. The back patio has an open air soaker tub. It’s crazy but amazing, the corn hole boards and fire pit are nice. Beds are perfect and I hated to leave. Definitely recommend this place!!!! 5 star. »
