« I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair. « Une seule ampoule dans la chambre, donc pas beaucoup de lumière, une seule prise électrique derrière un meuble, aucune prise Wifi. Les lits hors d'âge qui grincent dès que l'on bouge.Salle d'eau et toilette minuscule, douche étroite. Le petit dej se résume a un café et un muffin et quelques céréales. »

« After checking in we went to our room and instantly had the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the office and they insisted this is a non smoking room. I told them I have allergies to cigarettes in which she responded she does too and wears a mask when cleaning the rooms.. they gave us a different room, it also smelled. I would have gone to a different hotel but there are no other hotels in the area so we had to take the room. Several times there were people standing outside our room talking...
