I received an email from the host 5 days later (2 days prior to check in) that I owed another 200 (30% additional fee) because she listed the price incorrectly on the site. « We have stayed here three times so far in the last few months. Absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs to come in town to see our son play baseball at FSU. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was just perfect for our pups too. An added plus. Would highly recommend it! Will definitely be back! »

« Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms. »
