« The check-in is contactless. It is pretty efficient but it feels strange to enter an empty large house. There is no elevator (which we were made aware of so no surprise here) and the stairs are very wide so it is very easy to move the luggage. Our room had a view on the river, but this was a bit of a stretch statement. You could see the river but if you were standing in the corner of the room! « Magnifique endroit. La chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons éprouvé des difficultés avec le wifi (signal très faible) et l’eau était tiède à la douche. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien. Nous y retournerons en route vers le sud. »

« the breakfast was very good and the rooms stay nice and cool. the property was very inviting. we love the front porch.we sat their for hours just to take in the view and the friendly people walking by. we injoy the shops and dining are, it was nice to walk and take in the area with out having to travel ay were, we will be back again. and stay at the alden house. »
