« This rental is located close to downtown, and very close to UNA. The home was very clean. My dog loved the spacious backyard! The host responds quickly. He was very helpful and accommodating. »

« The house was within walking distance to the courthouse on the square so we could easily attend the wonderful Saturday morning farmers market and go to Reeve’s for ice cream. Kitchen 218 was within walking distance for a nice casual dinner and also if you like thrifting, you can walk to one of my favorites The Painted Goat! Great location for college or family visits!! We also enjoy traveling to Miss Mary Bobos for lunch near the Jack Daniels distillery which is less than an hour away. The house...

« This was our second stay, and it exceeded expectations again! Troy is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is clean, well maintained, and stocked with anything you may need. We will be back for round 3 for sure!! »

« This is always my first choice when coming to Columbia for softball. It’s a great location, clean, cute and comfy. »

« Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available Really liked the openness and all the light from the windows. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Summertown. »

« The place far exceeded any rental we've ever had. They are easy to communicate with from the start and respond promptly with any questions. They thought of everything and provided it so there is 0 stress! Although we didn't get to use the fire pit as we got in later and only stayed 1 night, it was a very nice touch to the already beautiful cabin. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. « SIMPLY AMAZING! My wife and I rented this house for our son’s graduation from UNA. We we able to host his Grandmas, aunts and uncles under one roof very comfortably. The view of the lake and the never-ending decks were fantastic. The inside boast three large gathering areas with plenty of entertainment.
