« Outstanding stay, will definitely book with them again! Great communication, easy check in/check out, great location (close to bars, restaurants, lake, etc.). We had 3 adults and an infant- took turns fishing/home with baby. House is set up for everything (we brought baby gear, house had dishes, appliances, bean bag game, grill, condiments, soaps, etc.). You really just need your clothes and any special items if you bring very young kids. Great for adult fishing groups and families!! »

« Very clean and well maintained property. All the amenities you could ask for. Will stay again if we can ever make it back to the area. Beautiful view if the river. »

« We came up to do some fishing. Host let us drop off our trailers early. The heated garage was awesome to thaw out and store our fishing gear. Cabin was amazing. Nice and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. »

« This was such an amazing place for our family! 15 minutes to Warroad to fish (great fish cleaning station in town) but we did use the one at the property too! Communication was top notch, great sense of humor! We loved all the amenities! We will definitely be back! We stayed in August! »

« Great and cozy place to stay for an ice fishing weekend. Owners were quick, responsive and accommodating. Close to lake access, restraunt, and day fish house rental. »

« Fridge, stove, microwave were all dirty. Fridge and cupboards contained opened packages of food, and expired items. Judging from the food and personnal items in the bedroom and bath It seems like some one actually lives there, but wasn’t home while we were there. Very creepy. No TV, no wifi. No security. Front door didn’t even have a door knob.. »
