« The property location was very good. Some of the appliances need upgrading. The oven didn’t light .. The bathroom door would not shut. I didn’t feel there was enough supplies there as far as toilet paper or cleaning products.in an emergency.. »

« We had a really lovely time! Dave and Katie were excellent hosts. The condo was well appointed and only a short distance from the ski in ski out portion of the green slope. The beds and bedding were especially cozy which was a nice plus! Thanks for having us! »

« We debated whether to give this stay a 1 or 2. We chose 2 because the condo itself was fine. However, the owners had falsely advertised that access to Big Boulder Lake, including swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, pontoon boating, and other activities, was available for a fee of 25/day. This was not the case, and in fact we had NO access to the lake, because unbeknownst to Vacasa and VRBO, the owners had not purchased a membership in the Lake Mountain Club, which is a “no exceptions”...
